Bank Electronika, acting in its capacity as payment agent for trading company Polesie, made full and timely payment of the fifth coupon earnings on non-convertible, documentary, interest-bearing, payable-to-holder obligations series 01 trading company Polesie (government registration number 4-01-36242-R dated March 15, 2007). The sum paid was 4,858,681.78 rubles. Coupon interest paid on one obligation – with nominal value of 1,000 rubles – was 39.89 rubles, equivalent to 16 percent interest annually. The total amount of coupon interest paid by the issuer to date is 68,438,681.78  rubles.
