OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2008. Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko declared during a meeting in the issues of cattle breeding. “From September we are launching a special system of communication between those wishing to take up live farming and Ministry of Agrarian Policy”.

According to the Head of Government, a service will be founded within the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, which will register all live farming enterprises and will facilitate to solving of all the urgent issues of their activity. Yulia Tymoshenko stressed, separate books will be kept concerning every separate enterprise in terms of providing them with budget subsidies, reduction of credits, VAT returning, providing with lands.

 Premier also said a separate deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy will be appointed to coordinate and control creation of new capacities in the area of cattle breeding, to be responsible for the development of this direction of agricultural production. 

“The Government will not only work over a system of registration of support and maintainability of live farming but will constantly control actions of central and local authorities which will ensure this process,” Yulia Tymoshenko emphasized.
