OREANDA-NEWS. August 26, 2008. In the first half of 2008, net profit of DonRechFlot OJSC (part of Azov-Don Shipping Company) amounted to RUR 5.848 mln against RUR 1.738 mln of net loss in the same period of 2007, the company informs.

In the reported period, sales revenue of DonRechFlot grew by 4%, year-on-year, to RUR 321.82 mln, RBC reports. Pre-tax profit made RUR 6.563 mln against loss of RUR 1.529 mln in H1 07.

Accounts payable increased from RUR 110.985 mln as of the beginning of 2008 to RUR 195.078 mln as of the end of the reported period.

Azov-Don Shipping Company was founded in 2002. The Group comprises 16 companies: 4 shipping companies, 4 ports, 5 ship-repairing companies, 3 service companies. The fleet of Azov-Don Shipping Company numbers over 200 vessels.
