OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 August 2008 was announced, that viva shopping and entertaining centre, a joint project of the development company Perga Development and Management and the investment fund Accent Russia Opportunity Fund, is under construction in Northern Butovo, southwest Moscow. It is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2009.

S.A. Ricci / King Sturge is an exclusive agent for leasing the areas in the centre. A contract with M.Video has been currently signed. According to the document, the consumer electronics and home appliance retailer will be able to use 2,600 sq m on the second floor for 15 years.

The total area of Viva will be 32,000 sq m. Among the anchor tenants of the centre are a grocery hypermarket, a baby goods supermarket and an entertaining centre for families. A galleria and a food court are also stipulated by the concept of Viva.
