OREANDA-NEWS. On August 21, 2008 IQNet certification center specialists have carried out the first test audit of the Health & Safety Management System at OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim under OHSAS 18001 Standard, reported the press-centre of Nizhnekamskneftekhim.

At the debriefing, the head of the auditing team, Peter Svoboda, has reported that for the last year elapsed from certification audit (August-September 2007), a great deal of work had been carried out in all production units for improvement of the Health & Safety Management System of the operating personnel. Therefore, the current test audit has not revealed any nonconformity.

The audit results are shown in the Health & Safety Management System Test Audit Report, which proves conformity of the Health & Safety Management System now in force at OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim to the requirements of the OHSAS 18001 International Standard.
