OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 August 2008 was announced, that by decision of the MICEX Stock Market, ordinary registered shares in JSC RusHydro were included on level 1 Quotation List “A”.  Trading in the shares on the Quotation List “A” of the MICEX Stock Market will be launched in the near future.

On 14 August 2008, JSC RusHydro shares were included on level 1 Quotation List “A” of the RTS Stock Market.

In February 2008, Russia’s chief securities market trade institutors, MICEX and RTS, qualified JSC RusHydro shares for trading which began on 11 February 2008.

From 13 May 2008, JSC RusHydro ordinary shares were traded on RTS Quotation List B and from 3 June 2008, on MICEX Quotation List “B”.

Inclusion of JSC RusHydro’s shares on level 1 Quotation List “A” means that the Company complies with the highest information disclosure, transparency and openness standards.
