On August 20, 2008 BUILD INVESTMENTS GROUP (Astana), bonds of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of category "B", provided KASE the press release which says the company has signed a Memorandum of understanding with Russian Investment Holding Bazoviy Element, the press-centre of KASE reported.

"One of the first cooperation projects has become a joint enterprise with an affiliated company of Bazoviy Element European concern Strabag - "BI-Strabag", launched in October 2007. The enterprise plans to build auto interchanges and republican and international high ways. In May 2008 "BI-Strabag" won the first stage of tender on building of "Tashkent-Shymkent-Taraz" motor way. The Memorandum verifies serious intentions of the parties regarding the future projects. Generally the project will develop Kazakhstan infrastructure", - the message says.
