On 21 August 2008 was announced, that in special economic zone in St. Petersburg, on "Neudorf" plot a working conference was held with general contractor on the problem of preparatory work of creation of temporary buildings and structures and engineering infrastructure in order to provide construction.

Following persons took part in the conference: affiliated office representatives of Joint-Stock Company "Special Economic Zone" in St. Petersburg deputy heads - chief engineer of dare-devils affiliated office N. N .. deputy chief engineer of Nuretdinov A. Z.. head of capital construction department Ivanov S. F.. senior power engineering specialists of Cherepanovs V. I.. representatives of the company - general contractor Strojkompleks LLC.

The participants of the conference discussed the problems of the work at temporary buildings and structures with engineering infrastructure on construction phase, which was joined by termination stage.
