OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 August 2008 was announced, that one-on-one meeting was held between President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Steady development of cooperation and bilateral relations between the two countries was stressed at the meeting. The sides also expressed confidence that bilateral ties would continue to develop.

Discussions also revolved around bilateral relations, regional and international issues.
