OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 August 2008 was announced, that the Board of Directors of CenterTelecom approved the appointment of Pavel Repin, Deputy General Director, Commercial Director, to the company's Managing Board.

The appointment, approved 18 August, has effect from 20 August, 2008 to 30 July, 2009.
