OREANDA-NEWS. On August 19, 2008 Premier of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko congratulated grain-growers of Ternopil region with 1 MN tons of grain of a new yield.

The Governmental telegram sent to the name of head of Ternopil regional state administration Yuriy Chyzhmar contains that the Head of Government notes the grain crops harvest gathered within the region proves especially valuable as Ternopil area had suffered most from July flood. “On recalling those uneasy days of July disaster we more deeply realize the price of your weighty contribution into this year’s rich harvest,” the document reads.

 Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko also thanked to all the agrarians of Ternopil region for the demonstrated professionalism and high organization of work while harvesting.
