OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 August 2008 was announced, that a number of decisions was taken by Order No 564-r of JSC MICEX Stock Exchange (the 'JSC MICEX SE') General Director as of 15 August, 2008  concerning IDGC of Centre, JSC securities  placed at the stock exchange:

According to IDGC of Centre, JSC Deputy General Director for corporate governance Konstantin Kotikov, the given decisions were taken due to uniting of the core and additional issues of IDGC of Centre, JSC shares made by the Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia on 8 August, 2008, falling within section 20 of the federal law On the securities market and Resolution No 03-18/ps of the RF Federal Securities Commission as of 01.04.2003 On the order of uniting of additional securities issues.

Uniting of the issues in the register of owners of IDGC of Centre, JSC nominal securities was carried out by JSC Central Moscow Depositary (the Company's registrar) on 12 August, 2008.

Thus, since 18 August, 2008, all IDGC of Centre, JSC shares (42,217,941,468 pieces) are bargained at MICEX stock exchange with MRKP uniform trading code.
