OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 August 2008 was announced, that Moody’s Rating Agency confirmed their rating for URSA Bank on 14 August 2008 at existing level of Ba3 with a Stable outlook.

Moody’s noted URSA Bank’s “strong financial performance and operating efficiency” and “adequate capitalization levels,” as some of the key strengths for maintaining their current rating.
