OREANDA-NEWS. August 20, 2008. The rating agency "Credit-Rating" confirmed the long-term credit rating of "Megabank" according to the national scale on the level uaA- the forecast is stable, reported the press-centre of Megabank.

To conduct the procedure of rating upgrade the agency used the financial reporting of "Megabank" for 2003-2007 and the first quarter of the year 2008, and also the internal information, given by the Bank during the rating process.

The borrower or a separate debt instrument with the rating of uaA is characterized by the HIGH solvency in comparison with other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments. The level of solvency is sensible to influence of disadvantageous commercial, financial and economical conditions.

Signs "+" and "-" mean the intermediary rating level as for basic levels. The stable forecast denotes the absence of available conditions to change the rating during the year.
