OREANDA-NEWS. On August 19, 2008 “Asati” Company has been announced the winner of the right for 10-year lease of a 18.5 ha land plot within Krasnodar`s territory of Azov City gaming zone.

It was reported by a source in the administration of Krasnodar region. Be reminded that it was the second bidding for the plot. In the first one, the bidders failed to execute the documents properly and were not allowed to take part in the tender.

For the start, they announced the rent of 860 thousand rubles a year and the minimal investment of 2.1 billion rubles. According to the “Vedomosti”, “Asati” will pay the rent of 1.2 million rubles, and it will have invested 4.8 billion rubles by the middle of 2009.

“Asati” President Alexander Cogan said that today the rent agreement and the agreement on investments will be signed.

The company is poised to develop a complex of 11 buildings (about 100 thousand sqm): two casinos of about 8 thousand sqm each, three mini-hotels for 8 luxury rooms each, a 13-storeyed hotel for 2 thousand beds, an auto show room, restaurants and conference halls. The construction is bound to start no later than December 1st, and to be completed - by July 1st, 2009.
