OREANDA-NEWS. On August 15, 2008 VTB Capital’s first research report, "OGKs: the best way to plug in", about the current situation in Russia’s Energy and Utilities market, was published in English and is now available on www.vtbcapital.ru, reported the press-centre of VTB.

It was authored by the Head of Utilities, Dmitry Skryabin, who is well known in the market as one of the best analysts in the sector. Dmitry has been top rated by the leading international and Russian publications (such as Institutional Investor and RBC).

This Utilities research is the first in a series of reports by VTB’s analysts which will cover all sectors of the Russian market.
