Baltika Announces Changes in the Composition of the Board of Directors
OREANDA-NEWS. On 18 August 2008 was announced, that the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Baltika Breweries held on 13 August passed a resolution terminating the powers of the former Board of Directors and elected new members.
The need to elect a new Board of Directors at Baltika Breweries resulted from changes in the Company’s shareholders’ structure.
Baltika Breweries’ new Board of Directors consists of the following members:
