OREANDA-NEWS. On August 13, 2008  The Board of Directors of European trust bank appointed Dmitry Povaliev and Sergey Gandzuk as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, reported the press-centre of European trust bank.

Dmitry Povalyev, was the Chief of risk analyses and planning Division, now will be responsible for lending and leasing operation.

Sergey Gandzuk earlier was a vice-president and a Chief of regional network development Division. Now he will supervise development of regional network of sales.
