On August 13, 2008 Eurasia Capital JSC (Subsidiary of Eurasian Bank JSC) (Almaty), the member of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by categories "K", "P" and "H", informed KASE by the official letter that on July 31, 2008, the Department of Justice of Almaty re-registered Eurasia Capital JSC (Subsidiary of Eurasian Bank JSC) due to the change of its name, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message the new name of Eurasia Capital JSC (Subsidiary of Eurasian Bank JSC) is Joint stock company Eurasian Capital (Subsidiary of Eurasian Bank JSC).
