OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2008. The Lenin agency of the Saratov-ROSNO branch has concluded a contract for insurance of civil liability of the research and development centre Almaz-Fazotron incurred in course of its use of the rented non-residential premises, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The contract contemplates the tenant’s civil liability for the damage inflicted to life, health and/or property of beneficiaries due to unintentional negligence (errors or omissions), defects in, or specific features of, the materials, equipment, tools used by the insurant, or other events stipulated in the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The contractual insurance amount is 3 mln roubles.

CJSC NPC Almaz-Fazotron was established in 1997. Today, Almaz-Fazotron is one of the leaders in the radioelectronic industry with regard to development and serial production of sophisticated multifunctional very-high-frequency (VHF) modules, including the same for the aircraft management systems designed for the last-generation planes. NPC participates in performance of the state defense orders and international contracts concluded pursuant to the intergovernmental agreements on technical cooperation.
