OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2008. The Khabarovsk-ROSNO branch has celebrated its 10-year anniversary. On the anniversary date, a seminar was held among the directors of ROSNO’s Far-Eastern Directorate, where they summed up the company’s performance results in the Far East and discussed its plans for business development in this region, and in particular, in the Khabarovsk Kraj, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The colleagues were greeted by the Deputy CEO of ROSNO, head of the Far-Eastern and Central Directorates Mr. Vasily Grishutkin and head of the Khabarovsk-ROSNO branch Mr. Evgeny Katsuba.

In his speech, Mr. V.Grishutkin focused on the most important issues of the Russian insurance market development and ROSNO Group performance dynamics. In particular, he said: "ROSNO ranks first among Allianz companies in Eastern Europe by the amount of premium collected in the non-life segment, and throughout 2004-2006 it has demonstrated the most intensive growth. In ROSNO’s viewpoint, one of the principal and most promising sources of growth can be found in the regional network development, and the Khabarovsk Kraj is no exception. While expanding its regional business operations, our company emphasizes uniform service quality standards, which should be made accessible to all ROSNO clients irrespectively of the location where those are rendered".

Summing up ROSNO’s performance results in the region, the head of the Khabarovsk-ROSNO branch Mr. E. Katsuba noted that, today, ROSNO ranks among the leaders of the Far Eastern insurance market, being in the TOP-5 of the largest insurance companies of the region. "Last year, the branch more than doubled its business volumes. Overall, within the last six months, the plan was fulfilled by 169% , considerably exceeding the average market growth rates observed in the local insurance sector. This significant growth can be attributed, inter alia, to the expanding agent network, successful market promotion of customer-focused insurance programs and active implementation of the European customer service quality standards", said E. I. Katsuba.

ROSNO’s Khabarovsk branch was opened in 1998. Today, the company is also represented in Magadan, Yakutsk, Birobidjan, and Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Since 2003, the branch operates a 24-hour hotline intended to provide emergency assistance to the ROSNO clients who got into traffic accident. In 2006 and 2007, several unique products for car owners were launched in the Khabarovsk regional market: European MOD Service, OMTPL-Euroservice, AGO-Million and NS-Million. The branch’s main strategic goals and objectives are: annual growth rate above average, simultaneous profit growth through portfolio diversification, and active development of the agent network and the branch’s agencies.
