OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2008. Director of Kalinin Nuclear Power Plant Leonid Martynovchenko met with a group of young specialists of the plant.

“In the past year you have familiarized yourselves with the peculiarities of our work. We hope that each of you has become an integral part of our team and will make his valuable contribution to our general cause,” Martynovchenko said.

Well aware that young specialists are usually faced with lots of problems at the beginning of their career, the management of Kalinin NPP tries to provide them with all-out support. The deputy director for personnel management of Kalinin NPP Marina Karasyova urged the youths to take a more active role in the life of their plant. “In our turn, we are always ready to give you an ear and to help you to solve your industrial and personal problems,” Karasyova said. The deputy director for general questions Mikhail Zimin told the youths about the plant’s housing construction program.
