OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2008. This is the corporate standard that schedules the technological connection of energy receiving devices of both individuals and entities with different power and voltage, describes the actions on base of contract for technological connection. In particular, the Order specifies the actions for technological connection of the newly commissioned energy receiving devices of Applicants to grid of JSC " Network Company". The order includes the projects of regular contracts.

The technological connection order is regulated by basic legal acts. First, by the Law "About Electrical Power Engineering" and Rules of technological connection of energy receiving devices and individuals to the grids. The significant stage in formation of the new legal environment of connection became the adopting of the reviewed Law " About Electrical Power Engineering", that is fixed by Federal law №250 dd., 4.11.2007. It stipulates that the payment for technological connection includes the investment component and is charged as a lump sum.

The JSC "Tatenergo " clearly describes that in changing the owner of energy receiving devices that were technologically connected, and the new types of production activity made by the new owner do not result in review of amount of connected capacity and do not require changing the scheme of external electricity supply and category of reliability of electricity supply, then the another technological connection will not be required, the other payment for technological connection will not be charged and formerly specified limits of balance property of devices and objects and responsibility for violating the rules of operation of grids will not change. The order stipulates the terms of review of applications and documents of candidate.
