OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2008. “On August 2 and 3, 2008 N.W.Telecom held a corporate contest rally entitled “Me, You, He, She Are A Happy Nation Called Communication”. It really was a large-scale event, for employees of North-West Telecom could see sun-yellow flags with the emblem of the contest flying up to the sky simultaneously in 10- regions, in the most beautiful corners of the North-West. 

The event was arranged as part of celebration of the All-Russian Family Year, in order to develop the corporate culture, to promote a healthy lifestyle, and to provide active leisure for the employees. All N.W.Telecom employees with their families were invited to participate.

The rally programs in the regions featured very diverse contests, but the main common features were a common flag, symbols, cheerful mood, and a family contest common for all and named “My Home is My Planet!” The contesters were invited to set up “their own home”, that is, to assemble a tent, to invent an innovative design for the adjacent ground using set pieces and camping accessories, to make and creatively present a tasty meal using provided food, to invent a unique emblem, and to recite their family motto in any genre.
