OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2008. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) ruled to impose 25 528 800 Rubles administrative fine upon "AVTOMIR" Ltd., reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Earlier FAS Russia recognized that actions of "AVTOMIR" Ltd. (St Petersburg) violated Clause 4 Part 1 Article 14 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition".

The company was selling vehicles and providing after-sale services, unlawfully using the "AVTOMIR" verbal mark, which qualifies as unfair competition.
