OREANDA-NEWS. On August 11, 2008 ArmSwissBank CJSC fully placed 5000 of “Express Credit UCO” CJSC’s coupon bonds (with total amount of AMD 125 mln) offered to the public, reported the press-centre of ArmSwissBank. 

On May 16th of 2008 “ARMSWISSBANK” CJSC and “Express Credit UCO” CJSC had concluded a contract on provision of securities issuance and allocation services, according to which bonds in the total amount of AMD 150 mln (6000 bonds with a face value of AMD 25,000) with maturity of 18 months would be allocated.

After the full allocation the Bank provides an opportunity to purchase them in the secondary. Interesting parties may turn to ArmSwissBank.
