OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2008. The meeting of work groups took place in St. Petersburg devoted to development of the draft Collective Agreement of JSC IDGC of the North-West for 2009-2011.

By Order of the General Director of IDGC of the North-West, the structures of work groups consisting of four directions approved payment, guarantees, privileges and indemnifications, legal support of the Collective Agreement, labour safety, and personnel relations.

The structure of each working group includes representatives of IDGC of the North-West and seven branches of the company.

The first meeting of the commission for development of the draft collective agreement took place on 29 July. Its participants are representatives of trade unions and administrations of IDGC of the North-West. The next meeting will be field and pass from 18 August to 21 August in the Republic of Kareliya.

The main task of the commission is to gather all positive experience which was worked out during last years by former “energo” joint-stock companies which formed part of IDGC of the North-West, and to use this in development of the new Collective Agreement of the merged company.

The new collective agreement should come into effect on 1 January 2009 and become the common tool for all branches of IDGC of the North-West.
