SUEK Will Send Best Siberian Journalists to Moscow for Internship
OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 August 2008 was announced, that the Siberian Coal&Energy Company (SUEK) is the General Partner of the Open Festival of regional TV companies "Ingol-2008", which opens today on Lake Ingol in the Sharypov Dictrict, Krasnoyarsk Territory. About 200 journalists from cities and towns of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as from Perm, Rostov, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk and other places will attend.
Apart from financial support, the SUEK has organized a master-class for journalists on the subject: "The social development of the territories of the Russian Federation: new technologies and urgent problems". The master-class will be conducted by Nikolai Kasyanov, deputy general director of the International Information Group "Interfax", and the well-known TV journalists Pavel Sheremet and Roman Sobol.
SUEK has also instituted a special prize for describing the social problems facing Siberian municipal centres. The recipient of the prize will have an opportunity to work for a week as probationer at the central mass media - the All- Russia State TV Channel, and the news agencies "Interfax" and ITAR-TASS, with all travel expenses and board and lodging paid for by SUEK.
