OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 August 2008 was announced, that the loan agreement was executed and delivered. The term of the loan is 1.5 years with the interest rate of LIBOR+1 % p.a.

BayernLB, Citibank, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Credit Suisse, Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg, London Branch, Landesbank Berlin AG и WestLB AG, London Branch acted as authorized lead managers of the syndicate and bookrunners.

The USD 150 mln deal which was announced on June 30, 2008 was positively received by the market.  As a result, the syndication was completed in accordance with the pre-arranged schedule, with the book 25% oversubscribed.

Proceeds of the loan will be used to finance foreign trade projects of TransCreditBank’s clients.
