OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2008. Alexander Ananenkov, Acting Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee hosted a meeting at the Company’s Headquarters dedicated to the procurement and quality of equipment delivered to the Company’s major facilities under construction.

Taking part in the meeting were Members of the Gazprom Management Committee: Yaroslav Golko, Head of the Investment and Construction Department, Igor Fyodorov, Director General of Gazkomplektimpex; heads and experts of the Gazprom Administration’s core business units and subsidiary companies – Gazprom dobycha Urengoy, Gazprom transgaz Yugorsk, Yamalgazinvest and Gazpromstroyengineering.

The meeting discussed issues relevant to the provision of goods and services to Gazprom’s major production facilities planned for commissioning in 2008. In particular, the meeting addressed the implementation of supply schedules for primary technological equipment and materials as well as the quality of purchased products.

Following the meeting results decisions were taken to further improve interaction between all participants of the investment process – Gazkomplektimpex, customers, contractors and manufacturing plants.
