OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 August 2008 was announced, that the Board of Directors of JSC OGK-5 approved the Code of Ethics and the Regulation on zero tolerance to corruption in JSC OGK-5.

The Code of Ethics is a local normative act comprising ethical principles and behavior norms obligatory for all the employees of the Company involved in business activity and any corporate actions. The Code of Ethics establishes the obligations of the Company towards all related parties that take part or interest in Company’s achieving the goals. The Code of ethics is based on the principles of impartiality, honesty, guarantee of the shareholders’ funds, value of human resources, transparency and completeness of information, accuracy when executing the contracts, fair competition, responsibility before the society, environmental protection.

The Board of Directors has approved the Regulation on zero tolerance to corruption.
