OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 August 2008 was announced, that the Board of Directors of Sibirtelecom OJSC discussed the question about approval of the members of committees at the Board of Directors.

Having studied the materials provided for the meeting, the Board of Directors of Sibirtelecom OJSC made a decision to form the committees as follows:

Committee for Strategic Development:
