OREANDA-NEWS. August 11, 2008. The Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the claim of the Federal Service for Supervision in Nature Usage Sphere (Rosprirodnadzor) and confirmed validity of the decision and determination issued by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Earlier FAS Russia recognized that Rosprirodnadzor had violated the Federal Law "On State and Municipal Procurement of Goods, Works and Services" and issued a determination to eliminate the violations.

The case was initiated upon a complaint of "Trans-Luks" Ltd. The claimant stated that Rosprirodnadzor had violated the law in an auction for automobile transportation services for the needs of Rosprirodnadzor.

Having investigated the case, FAS Russia recognized that the complaint of was justified and issued a determination requiring to withdraw the Auction Protocol, to amend the documentation in compliance with the law and to extend the bidding period for 15 days.

Rosprirodnadzor filed a claim to the Moscow Arbitration Court, which, however, confirmed the rightness of the Antimonopoly Service.
