OREANDA-NEWS. On 11 August 2008 was announced, that seminar on UN Global Compact principles on social responsibility took place in Shymkent. The event was launched jointly by the UNDP and "SodBi" business-incubator of Shymkent.

The main goal of the training will be the determinantion of the driving zeal of corporate social responsibility applied in the framework of Global Compact deal of the United Nations. Major issues covered by the action will be the questions of non-financial reporting that contribute to the businesses' development, investment attractiveness and positive image of the company.
