OREANDA-NEWS. On 11 August 2008 was announced, that lawyers from the Moscow office of Hogan & Hartson have advised the Russian Publishing House Vkusnaya Zhizn on the sale of 51 percent of its shares to major Scandinavian publisher Bonnier Publications.

Hogan & Hartson advised Vkusnaya Zhizn on all aspects of the transaction, including corporate and intellectual property matters. The transaction was structured in four jurisdictions.

Counsel Kimberly Reed led the Hogan & Hartson team working on this transaction. The team included counsel Alexander Kudelin, senior advisor Vadim Kukushkin, and associate Yulia Yarnykh.
