OREANDA-NEWS. On 08 August 2008 was announced, that the two-day meeting of the work group devoted to the project "Target model of technological complex management of IDGC of Centre" came to an end. Top managers of the central body and three branches of the interregional grid company - Belgorodenergo, Kostromaenergo, and Kurskenergo - took part in it.

Deputy General Director for the Technical Policy of IDGC of Centre Sergey Shumakher said that the choice of branches - participants of the meeting - was caused by the fact that "these are three enterprises which are different in their characteristics, and they comprehensively characterize other branches of IDGC of Centre. These companies presented their variants of target models at the meeting, and each of them operated proceeding from the situation which developed on the respective territory and taking into account all their features and peculiarities". The work group should estimate the proposed versions and to generate the general target model of the technological complex management of IDGC of Centre. According to Sergey Anatolievich, "It will consider regional features, but will be complete and uniform".

After the adoption, all regional branches will start its realization, terms of transition will be individually established. According to Sergey Shumakher, Belgorodenergo will be the pilot. It is connected with the fact that the company has some project variants on formation of the target model and it actually started realization of an initial stage of the new project.
