OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2008. A meeting focusing on water supply to Ternovka and Pershotravensk was held. The meeting was attended by the administration of the two towns, the state inter-regional water sector enterprise ‘Dnepr-Zapadnyy Donbass’ and Pavlogradugol OJSC.

In the course of the meeting, the participants worked out a four-sided Agreement, according to which the water supplier assumes the obligations of water supply to Ternovka and Pershotravensk towns, while Pavlogradugol OJSC undertakes to supply water delivered by the supplier via its own water networks, and the towns undertake to pay on time for the water supply service provided by the state inter-regional water sector enterprise ‘Dnepr-Zapadnyy Donbass’.

In addition, according to the Agreement, the supplier undertakes to ensure the quality of the supplied water in line with the state standard GOST ‘drinking water’. The document also stipulates that the quality of the water coming out of the networks of Pavlogradugol OJSC should not be worse than that received from the state inter-regional water sector enterprise ‘Dnepr-Zapadnyy Donbass’.

‘Pavlogradugol OJSC took an active part in the settlement of the crisis with regard to water supply to Pavlograd, Ternovka and Pershotravensk. I hope that all the parties to the Agreement will meet its terms and conditions and this will become the foundation for the stable activity of Ternovka and Pershotravensk’, commented the General Director of Pavlogradugol OJSC, Nikolay Tishchenko.
