OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 August 2008 was announced, that the "Sciener" company put into commercial operation the "Human Capital Management" solution into the system of SAP of IDGC of Centre, JSC. Implementation of the "Human Capital Management" solution continued work of the company on development of ERP-system on the basis of SAP products.

This solution is aimed to facilitate time-keeping control, to give an opportunity of modification of the organizational structure and lists of staff, and also organization of the personnel accounting of the branches. The "Human Capital Management" solution expands opportunities at recruiting employees, their distribution, motivation, as well as holding the most valuable staff at the enterprise. The opportunity of constant improvement of these processes is stipulated at any stage.

These and other solutions allow to synchronize and optimize all business-managerial processes by the personnel, according to local requirements of the legislation and business. They are easily integrated in the already existing corporate business system and can be adjusted according to concrete requirements of the client.

Fourteen experts of "Sciener", JSC worked at the project of HCM implementation in IDGC of Centre. The experts expanded the functional of the module "Human Capital Management" in exact conformity with features of business processes of the company and wishes of the management council. Before its commissioning, the experts of "Sciener" company verified correctness of configuration of the module, held testing of the working capacity of the system and checked up it for conformity with requirements of the customer.

The first results of SAP HCM implementation in IDGC of Centre will be already obvious in August when the first productive calculation of wages will be made using this module.
