OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 August 2008 was announced, that Formulation of the Regulations on land-use and development of the part of the territory of "Ust-Luga rural settlement" municipality of Kingisepp municipal district has been completed. Public hearings of the document are supposed to take place in Ust-Luga settlement in September 2008 already and then the Regulations will be submitted for approval to the Soviet of deputies.

This is actually the main law for the new town that regulates the activity of the bodies and executives of local self-government, individuals and legal entities in the field of land-use and development. This regulatory legal act has been worked out pursuant to the Town-planning Code of the RF, the Land Code of the RF, the Federal Law "On general principles of organization of local self-government in the RF" and other regulatory legal acts of the RF, Leningrad region and municipalities.

The development regulations have been worked out on the basis of the Master plan of the territory of the estuarial zone of the Luga river of Ust-Luga rural settlement. The Land-use regulations have been developed by the FSUE RosNIiPI of Urbanistics.
