OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 August 2008 was announced, that OJSC Far East Telecom Board of Directors (RTS stock exchange: ESPK, MICEX stock exchange: DLSV, US third market: FEEOY, Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Berlin Stock Exchange: D7A) approved the composition of the Company Management with term of office from August 1st, 2008 till July 31st, 2009 inclusive.

The functions of Management chairman are performed by OJSC Far East Telecom General Director Kolpakov Anton Yurievich. In compliance with the resolution of Company Board of Directors the composition of Management will be as follows:

Volkov Vyacheslav Vladimirovich – Deputy General Director, OJSC Far East Telecom Director for Development;

Simonova Elena Yakovlevna – Deputy General Director, OJSC Far East Telecom Director for Personnel Management;

Frolov Sergey Nikolaevich – Deputy General Director, OJSC Far East Telecom Director for Economy and Finance;

Dobrovolsky Vitaly Ivanovich – Deputy General Director, OJSC Far East Telecom Director for Security and Secrecy;

Sidorova Elena Vitalyevna – OJSC Far East Telecom Chief Accountant;

Balatsenko Andrey Vladimirovich – Deputy General Director, Director of the Primorsky Region Branch of OJSC Far East Telecom.
