On August 05, 2008 Subsidiary mortgage organization of joint stock company Bank TuranAlem BTA Ipoteka JSC (Almaty, in the headline - BTA Ipoteka) informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by the official letter that on its mortgage bonds KZPC2Y08B644 (KASE category "A" official list, BTAIb8; KZT100, KZT7.0 bn., August 22, 05 - August 22, 13; the semi-annual coupon indexed on the inflation rate) for the coupon period from August 22, 2008 to February 22, 2009 was set the coupon interest rate in the size of 10.00 % APR, reported the press-centre of KASE.

In the letter Subsidiary mortgage organization of joint stock company Bank TuranAlem BTA Ipoteka JSC indicates that due to the high inflation rate (20.0 %) the interest rate on mentioned issue was set at the upper limit, stipulated by bonds issue prospectus.

In the current coupon period the interest rate on bonds of the company of this issue makes up 10.00 % APR.
