OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 August 2008 was announced, that A 3-star hotel for 500 guests is to be raised in Lefortovo township, southeast Moscow, in 2009.

“The construction documents for building the hotel are being worked out. It will be located in a 3-minute walk from Aviamotornaya subway station and a 15-minute drive from the centre of Moscow. Its location will be convenient for the tourists,” Vladimir Zotov, prefect of the southeastern administrative district of Moscow, said.

The hotel will be erected near Ivan Yarygin Place of Wrestling and will be able to accommodate the participants and spectators of the wrestling tournaments.

“The hotels with the total capacity of 9,335 guests are to be built in southeast Moscow by 2011. The hotels set to be erected on the streets: Tsymlyanskaya, Lyublinskaya, Podolskaya and Novokhokhlovskaya, near the MKAD, are currently being designed,” Mr Zotov added.
