OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 August 2008 UC RUSAL, which owns a 25% plus two shares stake in Norilsk Nickel, announced that a delegation of its management team will visit the Polar Division of Norilsk Nickel. Members of the delegation include UC RUSAL and Norilsk Nickel Board Member Oleg Deripaska and UC RUSAL’s CEO and member of Norilsk Nickel’s Board, Alexander Bulygin.

The visit, to be held on 6 August, will include a tour of Norilsk Nickel’s Polar Division facilities, including the Nadezhda Metallurgical Plant, copper and nickel plants, a concentrator plant and mines in Talnakh. The delegation will have an opportunity to learn more about the production process and meet the management of the facilities and discuss on-going projects.
