OREANDA-NEWS. August 04, 2008. The Exchange Council of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) considered the issue on sanctions to listing companies that violated requirements of KASE on terms of provision of information, and made the following decisions, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- to impose the forfeit specified by the Listing Rules to the following listing companies that provided KASE with the information violating the terms specified by listing agreements: Astana Gas Service JSC, KazAgroFinance JSC, Batys tranzit JSC, PAVLODARENERGO JSC, Central Asia Cement JSC, Astana-Nedvizhimost JSC;

- to provide with additional terms: Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC, Alternative Finance JSC, Ili Cardboard and Paper Mill JSC, Kazakh distribution company JSC, Kazneftehim JSC, KOSTANAI MINERALS JSC, Ornek OOI JSC, Ordabasy Corporation JSC, ROSA JSC, Airport
  Sary-Arka JSC, Caspian Beverage Holding JSC, GLOTUR JSC, Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries JSC, Oilan Ltd, SAT & Company JSC, VITA JSC for the sake of provision of the information required to KASE imposing on the indicated listing companies the forfeit, specified by the Listing Rules for violation of the terms of information provision.

At that additional terms for provision of information were established as requested by the listing companies (except for Ili Cardboard and Paper Mill JSC, Kazakh distribution company JSC, Kazneftehim JSC, Ornek OOI JSC, SAT & Company JSC, VITA JSC that are now obliged to provide the information required by KASE before September 1, 2008, which is a shorter period than these companies requested).
