Sorainen Vilnius team advised AB Lietuvos draudimas (Lithuanian Insurance), a member of Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA) group and the leader in the national insurance market, on outsourcing management of its investment portfolio worth 153.5 MEUR to SEB investiciju valdymas, reported the press-centre of Sorainen.

This is the biggest transaction of such kind in the Baltic States to date.
