Shmatko Sergey Ivanovich, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation;

Brunich Nikolay Grigorievich, General director of Zarubezhneft JSC;

Bazhenov Alexandr Vladislavovich, Director of the Centre of public-private partnership of Vneshekonombank;

Bogdanov Vladimir Leonidovich, General director of Surgutneftegaz JSC;

Nekipelov Alexandr Dmitrievich, Vice-president of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), Academician of the RAS, Doctor of Science, Economics, Professor;

Samohvalov Arkadiy Fedorovich, General director of Management Company – Strategic Assets CJSC;

Titov Dmitriy Andreevich, President of the Russian Regional Development Bank JSC.
