OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 August 2008 was announced, that in the first half of the year 2008, IDGC of Centre, JSC has connected consumers for the total capacity of around 163 MW and signed 5,984 certificates on realization of technological connection. In comparison with the last year, the connected capacity increased 40%.

One of key projects of the half of the year became connection of the "Evropa" dairy commercial farm in Oktyabrskoe village of Rylsky region of the Kursk area. There, within the limits of the "Development of Agrarian and Industrial Complex” national project, Kurskenergo branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC set up two-transformer substation of 1,260 kW total capacity, constructed 7.5-kilometer line transmitting energy from "Luybava" substation to DCF "Evropa".

Also the Terbunsky region of Lipetsk area holds works on connection of consumers, industrial enterprises of "Terbunskaya" special economic zone. Construction is finished there, and a process of connection of Terbunskaya substation of 110/10 kW started with the 25 thousand kW transformer and 110 kw two-circuit overhead-line of 3.5 km: All this will become the center of feed of the economic zone. The new substation will feed the constructional ironworks, brick-works, sugar factory (now in the process of construction) and "Rafarma" pharmaceutical enterprise, as well as new inhabited microdistricts. Connection is performed by Lipetskenergo branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC.

Now IDGC of Centre realizes a very important project on TC process automation. The complex solution is realized on the basis of SAP and ARIS platforms. This is the first in Russian power industry scale project of automation of such complicated process as technological connection. The adjusted functional of the system allows to see the TC process from application up to its full implementation: to plan terms of works execution, expenses, resources, need for materials, to conduct accounting of expenses as for contracts and objects of construction, to see all financial flows. Thus, all process of technological connection becomes absolutely transparent that is important for the further growth of investment appeal of the companies. In 2008, the project will be widespread to all branches of IDGC of Centre, JSC.
