OREANDA-NEWS. On August 04, 2008 Ukio bankas started a payment card campaign “Seven steps to a trip” and offers the bank clients an opportunity to prolong their summer holidays. The clients, who get a credit card in Ukio bankas during the campaign and use the card for making payments abroad, can win prizes worth EUR 3,000, reported the press-centre of Ukio bankas.

Campaign winners will receive EUR 3,000 and 1,500 worth cheques and will be able to buy a trip of their choice at international travel agency Ebookers.com. The winners will have the freedom to choose the country they wish to go to and pick hotels of their choice. Cardholders winning additional prizes will receive suitcases that will have enough room for all travelling impressions and presents for family members.

“We always try to offer our clients something more than just standard banking services. People who get a credit card with Ukio bankas and use it during their trip abroad will not only qualify for supplementary services, such as travel insurance, but may also win many valuable prizes,” said Ukio bankas Payment Card Department Director Jurate Kajackiene.

All clients who obtain a MasterCard Standard, MasterCard Football, MasterCard Gold or Ukio banko lizingas MasterCard credit cards with Ukio bankas qualify for the campaign. They have to make at least seven payments by Ukio bankas credit card abroad.

The bank’s campaign "Seven steps to a trip" will last until 15 October this year. Ukio bankas clients, who make at least 7 payments abroad, each payment for not less than LTL 70 or equivalent amount in foreign currency, will be eligible for campaign prizes.

Ukio bankas MasterCard Standard, MasterCard Gold and MasterCard Business credit cards guarantee the cardholders insurance against financial loss during the trip.
