OREANDA-NEWS. Since August 2 railway tickets became by five percent more expensive in Ukraine. The relevant planned increase in price was provided by order of the Transport and Communications Ministry, the Ministry's press service informed.

Next five-percent increase in price for railway tickets will occur in October. The Ministry takes these measures since internal passenger conveyance remains unprofitable in Ukraine.
