OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 August 2008 was announced, that the Board of Directors Meeting of JSC Irkutskenergo took place in Irkutsk where issues of the Company activities were considered. Under the results of the meeting, the following decisions were made:

•         To elect Mikhailov Sergey Alekseevich as Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Irkutskenergo (Director of the State Power Policy Department of Minpromenergo (Ministry of Industry and Power) of Russia).

•         To elect Emdin Sergey Vladimirovich as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Irkutskenergo (General Director of EvroSibEnergo Ltd.).

•         To appoint Shmagelsky Alexander Sergeevich as Secretary of the Board of Directors of JSC Irkutskenergo (Director of the Representative Office of JSC Irkutskenergo in Moscow).
